We currently operate two storage sites within a mile of each other and 2~3 miles from the closest boat ramps on Jordan Lake. We offer 5 different types of storage facilities at these two sites. All inside covered bays have the following amenities:

  • 24 hr management and access
  • 110V outlets
  • overhead lighting
  • 24 hr free air
  • rinse-down area
  • generator backup for entrance gates
  • interior partitions (optional solid or wire)
  • safe and secure design
  • exterior lighting with motion detection
  • fire extinguishers
  • large crusher run back in areas
  • boat and RV dump sites
  • personal access codes for entrance gates and bays
  • timer controlled overhead lighting

Site #1 (US 64 location)

"LRV" building

This building has both private and semi-private bays. All bays have gravel floors and full-height wire gates. The available bay sizes are 14'x24', 14'x32', 14'x36', and 14'x40', with prices starting at $100 per month.

"URV" building

All bays in this building are private with wire partitions, concrete floors and overhead doors, as well as metal roofing and siding. This building also has trash dumpsters onsite. All bays are 14'x32'.

"RV" building

All bays in this building are private with full metal floor-to-ceiling partitions. Concrete floors, insulated building and overhead doors (14'x14') with personal keypad entry. Other amenities include:

  • trash dumpsters
  • 16'x45' RV bays
  • insulated, all-metal building
  • 24/7 generator backup
  • personell doors
  • 50/30/20 amp service

Outside spaces are available next to the office, with prices starting at $50/month ($60/month with electrical service).

"MURV" (perimeter) building

Private and semi-private bays are available, with optional metal or wire partitions. Bay sizes are 14'x32' or 14'x40' and full corners up to 2200 sf with motorized overhead doors. Other amenities include:

  • concrete floors and overhead roll-up doors
  • trash dumpster
  • 24/7 generator backup

"MRV" (center) building

This building has our deepest bays, with 16'x40' or 16'x45' sizes available.

  • 14' high metal partitions
  • 30 amp service
  • 24/7 generator backup
  • trash dumpster
